Andrea "Annie" Blackburn

Andrea G. "Annie" Blackburn, of McDonald, Ohio, died unexpectedly at 2:18pm on Sunday, July 20, 2014, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown, Ohio.  She was 32. Annie was born in Youngstown on April 27, 1982, the daughter of Arnold G. and Martha L. (Bozis) Blackburn, Sr.She graduated in 2000 from Lakeview High School where she participated in the Marching Band, as well as lettering on the Softball and Golf Teams. She furthered her education by attending the Trumbull Campus of Kent State University and ETI Technical College School of Nursing. She had been employed as a Transportation Co-coordinator  for Falcon Trucking Company. In her spare time, Annie loved playing pool in the Warren/Niles 8-Ball League "Avengers Alliance Team". She was also a loyal fan of the Cleveland Browns fans. She is survived by her mother, Martha, with whom she lived; her brother, Arnold Jr., Lordstown, Ohio; her half-sisters, Lisa Chaney (Joe), Hubbard, Ohio, and Lori Sandwisch, Austintown, Ohio; her half-brother, Derek Blackburn, Brookfield, Ohio; her grandmother, Lois Bozis, McDonald; her extended family and countless friends.Her father preceded her in death.Calling hours for Annie will be held from 5-8PM Thursday, July 24, 2014, at the Blackstone Funeral Home, 672 Churchill Rd., Girard, Ohio. 330-539-5955.
