Anne L. (Bahn) Milne

Anne L. Milne, 89, of Girard, passed away at Shepherd of the Valley Nursing
Home in Howland, Ohio on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Anne was born May
23, 1927 in Girard, Ohio, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Komlanc) Bahn. Anne
was a loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking,
baking, gardening, music and especially the time she spent with her family. She
was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Girard where she
loved singing in the choir and enjoyed serving as an elder. She is survived by her
husband, Alexander Milne, Sr., whom she married March 10, 1961, her son, Alex
Jr. (Jill) Milne of Girard and grandsons Alex and Ryan whom she adored. She is
preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Anne Milne, sisters, Justine, Mary
and Pauline, and brothers, Paul, Rudy, Frank and Stan Bahn. A Celebration of
Life Service will be held on Monday, December 5th, 5:00 PM at the First
Presbyterian Church of Girard, where the family will receive relatives and friends
from 4:00 PM until the time of service. Anne will be laid to rest at Girard City
Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be
made to the First Presbyterian Church of Girard in Anne's memory. The family

received from Brenda and Laurie at Harbor Light Hospice, her home caregivers,
Amanda, Cindi and Lori, and the Staff at Shepherd of the Valley, Howland where
