Annie H Mihaly

Girard,   There will be a prayer service at 9:15 AM on Monday at Blackstone Funeral Home and a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by the Father Joseph Rudjak at 10:00 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish for Annie H. Mihaly, 77, who died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Valley Care Northside Medical Center.  Annie was born December 25, 1934 in Yugoslavia, the daughter of the late Filip and Anna Speckert.  She was a life time parishioner of Sts Peter and Paul Parish of Youngstown.  Annie enjoyed serving with the Daughters of the Parish and was a Eucharistic Minister.  Annie's hobbies included gardening, camping and vacationing in Florida, where she looked forward to spending time with both of her sisters.  Cherished memories will be carried on by her husband, Joseph, whom she married July 11, 1953; sons Joseph A. (Rebecca) Mihaly of Hubbard and Albert Mihaly of Vienna.,  Grandchildren Joseph J and Brittany L. Mihaly both of Hubbard.  Annie is also survived by her sisters Vi Dixon of Orlando, Florida and Marie (Vince) Rossi of Austintown.  Godchildren Al Rossi of Orlando, Florida and James Rossi of Austintown.  The family wishes to thank the staff at Valley Care Northside Medical Center for the love and compassion that her nurses and doctors extended to Annie in her time of need.
