Arthur E. Paugh, 72, of Warren, died Tuesday July 30, 2013, at Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home. Arthur was born August 25, 1940, in Webster Springs, West Virginia, the son of the late Harley D. and Thelma Lake Goff. He was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church in Liberty Twp. and had worked for CATS Industry in Girard. He is survived by his wife, the former, Frances Marcella, whom he married September 23, 2000. He is preceded in death by his sister Beulah Morris. Funeral services will be held on Friday August 2nd, 2:00 PM at the New Life Christian Fellowship Church. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 11:00 AM unil the time of service at the church. Interment will follow at Churchill Cemetery.
