Audrey M. Barto, 89, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014, at her residence. Audrey was born March 27, 1925 in Willoughby, Ohio, the daughter of Harold and Nina Jordan Centner. She worked for 15 years as a quality inspector for Kennametal in Orwell, Ohio. She was a former member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary, Past-President of the American Legion Auxillary, Past-President of the Army-Navy, where she was a member of the Honor Guard. She enjoyed going to craft shows, reading, game shows and police shows. Audrey is survived by her daughters; Sheryl "Babe" (George) Gresley of Liberty Twp., Rhoda (Larry) Gilbert of Marietta, Pa., Carolyn (Steve) Sites of Bayside, Delaware, Terry Pavlak, with whom she made her home, and Pam (Rick) Jackson of Streetsboro, fourteen grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Barto, whom she married August 18, 1950 and died January 28, 1994, and three children. Private services will be held on Wednesday December 31, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home. Audrey will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery.
