Carmen J. Dedonato III, 52, of Girard, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 in Girard. Carmen was born December 16, 1965, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Carmen J. Dedonato Jr. and Clara A. (Wilkinson) Dedonato. Carmen was a 1983 graduate of Girard High School and a graduate of Youngstown State University with a double major. Carmen was a previous owner and operator of Kountry Kupboard Restaurant in Levittsburg. He was a Mason, loved the outdoors, especially fishing, enjoyed music and playing the guitar, and was a chess player. Besides his parents of Girard, he leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Paisley O. Dedonato and Carmen J. "CJ" Dedonato IV, his brothers, Christopher Dedonato and James (Lorie) Dedonato, both of Girard, a sister, Danielle (Anthony) Marsco of Girard, grandmother, Michelina Dedonato of Niles, and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Dominic, Anthony, Gina and Joseph. Carmen is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carmen Dedonato Sr., and Fred and Dorothy Walker. As per Carmen's wishes there will be no visitation or services.
