Carol “Cookie” Cordova, 71, passed away in her home Friday morning, the 6th of March 2015 after a long battle with cancer.
Carol was born on December 5th, 1943 in her mother's home in Brookfield, Ohio. She was the daughter of Clarabelle and Kenneth Miller.
She enjoyed spending countless hours in her garden, and most of all, her family, including her two beloved Pomeranians, Gizmo and Cuddles. They all meant the world to her.
Carol will forever be in the hearts of her loving husband, John Cordova, whom she wed in 1967, her two daughters; Jenelle Watson-Adams and Terrie Watson-Chamberlain, her four brothers; Richard, Ronnie, Bill and Kim Miller, her four sisters; Betty Manente, Donna Paollone, Nancy Romo and Dolores Hogue, her grandchildren; John Chamberlain and Megan Cutter, her great grandchildren; Anjalena, Makaylee and Olivia Grace Exline, and last but most certainly not least, her stepson John Cordova, and her stepdaughter Tina Cordova-McDaniel.
Aside from her mother and father, Carol was preceded in death by her granddaughter Candina Chamberlain.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, 6:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 4:00 until the time of service.
