Cathy Slack

Cathy Slack, 68, of Hubbard, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Austintown Healthcare.

Cathy was born October 30, 1955 in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter to John and Evelyn Slimmer.

She had worked for Trumbull County Board of MRDD for over 25 years until her retirement.

Cathy enjoyed crafts and decorating for holidays especially Halloween which was her favorite.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Thomas Turcola; brother, Larry Slimmer and her grandson, Codie.

Along with her parent’s Cathy is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Slack who passed away July 27, 2024 and brother Bob Slimmer. 

In accordance with Cathy’s wishes there will be no services.
