Clement H. "Bud" Rogers Jr., 84, of Howland , passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Bud was born August 6, 1930 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Clement and Ruby Rogers Sr. He was a 1948 graduate of Girard High School and later join the Airforce and served during the Korean Conflict. He was President of Rogers Lumber Company and owner of Bud's Car Wash. Bud enjoyed playing golf and flying his own plane. He married Pat on September 4, 1960 and together they raised four sons; Clement (Joann) Rogers III of Akron, Randall Rogers of Newport News, VA., Jeff Rogers of Girard and Rhem Gillis of Champion. Bud is also survived by his grandsons Joe (Sarah) Gillis and Dan Gillis of Tripp, S.D. and five great-grandchildren that brought him such happiness and joy to his life; Jack, Avery, Sam, Joey and Eli. Besides his parents, Bud is preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Tapley Rogers and brother Frank. Bud requested no calling hours or funeral services. Cremation has taken place and Bud will be laid to rest near his father at Belmont Park Cemetery. The family requests any material contributions be made to the Animal Welfare League, P.O.
