Darlene Mary (Omasta) Sansone

Darlene Mary Omasta Sansone, 69, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Monday March 24, 2014 at her residence.  Darlene was born November 23, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Pa. the daughter of the late John and Helen Yachym Omasta. She and her husband had worked together as entrepreneurs. Darlene was a member of Liberty Assembly of God Church.  She loved devoting her time to her family and enjoyed dancing, sewing, gardening and  was especially interested in lighthouses.  She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Victor, daughter Arricca (Gregory) Schullo of New York, son Marc (Beverly) Sansone of Toronto, Ohio and their children Andrew and Zachary Sansone, and twin sons Craig Sansone of Girard and Todd Sansone of Los Angeles, step-daughter Andrea (John) Sansone of Los Angeles, sister Nanci McKinley of Bridgeville, Pa, Niece Kelly (Jason) Green and great-nieces and a great-nephew.  She is preceded in death by her nephew Sean McKinley.  Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 27th, 11:00 AM at Liberty Assembly of God Church in Liberty Twp.  The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 5-8PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.  The family requests any material contributions be made to the Church Memorial Fund in Darlene's memory.  Visit www.blackstonefuneralhome.com to view this obituary and to send condolences to the Sansone family.
