Delores Lee (Rice) Moamis

Delores Lee Moamis, 70, of Girard, died Tuesday July 30, 2013, at Northside Hospital. She was born April 8, 1943 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Eugene and Grace Stamp Rice. Delores lived for her children and grandchildren and enjoyed cooking for everyone. She is survived by her children, Nicholas G. (Andrea) Moamis II, George N. (Melissa) Moamis III, David E. (Donna) Moamis and Denise (Jim) Leone, all of Liberty Twp., brother Eugene D. Rice Jr. of Liberty Twp and eleven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, George N. Moamis II, whom she married Jan. 12, 1963 and died July 18, 2010, and sisters Donna L. Rice and Shirley J. Mackey. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 10:00 AM, at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
