Diana Jean Guenther Mancini, 66, of Howland,  joined her parents in heaven on Tuesday December 25, 2012 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family after a long and courageous battle against complications after knee replacement surgery.  She was born October 13, 1946 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Don and Shirley Schenck Williams.  She was a member of the Girard First United Methodist Church. Diana was primarily a loving homemaker and also held many jobs in the area as a cashier.  She loved baking cookies, reading romance novels and puzzle books.  She will be sadly missed by her husband Robert Mancini Sr. of Howland, sons, Michael Guenther of Niles and Scott (Trish) Guenther of Youngstown, step-sons, Robert Mancini Jr., and  Step-daughter, Kimberly (Jeff) Mancini both of Warren, one grandson Anthony Mancini, sisters, Sandra (John) Avery of Lake Milton and Cheryl (Mike) Bodnar of Youngstown, brothers, Donald Jr. (Darlene) Williams of Youngstown and David Williams of Florida, many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, her best friend Grace Stacciotti of Girard, and her beloved dog Austin.  She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Laurel.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 29, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Girard First United Methodist Church.  Family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 5-7 pm at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.  Interment will be held at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown.  Visit www.blackstonefuneralhome.com to view this obituary and send condolences to the Mancini family.
