Douglas Gene McClintock

Douglas G. McClintock, 34, of Youngstown, passed away on Wednesday August 24, 2011, at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer.  Doug was born October 26, 1976 in Warren a son of Gene McClintock and Carol Sweitzer Medved.  Doug was the apartment complex manager for his residence after moving here four years ago from Columbus where he was a self-employed DJ.  He loved his sports, especially Ohio State Buckeye's and spending time with his friends.  He is survived by his mother, Carol Medved of Warren and his sister Rhonda McClintock of Austintown.  He is preceded in death by his father.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday August 28th, at 4:00 PM at the Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard, where his family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4PM on Sunday.  The family requests any material contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in Dougs's memory.  Visit www.blackstonesfh.com to view this obituary and send condolences to the McClintock family.
