Dr. Frank A. (Chip) Siciliano O.D.F.A.A.O. 56, of Hubbard, passed away April 11, 2016 at his home. Frank was born December 26, 1959 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of John and Ann (Pezzulo) Siciliano. Frank was a 1978 graduate of Liberty High School. He then went on to Youngstown State, graduating in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and the Pennsylvania School of Optometry in 1986. He started his practice with Dr. Rubinowitz at the Belmont Eye Clinic, in Liberty Twp., specializing in contacts and low vision, and worked there for thirty years. Frank was a member of the First Christian Church in Liberty Twp. for many years and recently The Believers Church. He supported Christian's United for Israel, enjoyed golfing, walking, bike riding and recently motorcycles and was a member of the Mahoning Valley Spiders Group. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents of Liberty Twp., his wife, Alice G.( Burton) Siciliano, whom he married May 19, 1989, his son Joel L. Siciliano, Uncle Nick Pezzulo and Aunt Mary (Siciliano) Popio. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; August and Anna Siciliano and Anthony and Angela Marie Pezzulo. Private funeral services were held on Thursday at the Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. Frank was laid to rest at Tod Homestead Cemetery.
