Eileen E Greep

Eileen E. Greep, 87, of Vienna Twp., passed away on Tuesday April 24, 2012, at Liberty Health Care Center with her family by her side.  She was born June 17, 1924 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Fred E. & Mary C. Walters Cook. She was a homemaker and a member of Open Door Community Church in McDonald. Eileen truely lived for her family and was the most loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed watching  humming birds out her kitchen window. She was a avid bingo player and enjoyed going with her grandaughters, she also liked playing slots, and cherished pictures of her family & friends..  She also had a fetish for purses and jewelry.   She is survived by her children, Thelma Ellis of Liberty Twp., Robert (Loretta) Mackey of Poland, Kenneth Greep of Vienna, & Iva (Rocky) Bellino of Austintown, also Robert "Cork" Platt of McDonald, and David "Phil" (Dolly) Crump of North Lima, both special men whom she thought of as her sons, sisters, Loretta Dagan of Niles & Martha Epperson of Canton, Georgia, brother, Eli "Buzz"(Sibyl) Cook of Warren, sister-in-laws, Betty Greep of Canton, & Bertha Cook of Vienna, grandchildren, Ramona, Frank, Donna, Alfred, April, Holly, Summer, Christine, Robin, Melissa, Mandy, Robert Jr., Jennifer, Molly,  Kenny, Joey, Everett, Lee, Tarah, & Nick, and many great-grandchildren. Preceded in death was her husband Everett P. Greep whom she married July 16, 1950 and passed away July 11, 2011, daughter, Rita York, brothers, William Cook & Fred Cook,  sisters, Edith Boop & Zelma Mathews, & granddaughter Katie.  A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday April 29, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Open Door Community Church 525 E.
