Elizabeth M. Wilkes, 80, of Perryville,Missouri, formerly of Girard, passed away on July 6 th 2012 at Perry Oakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Perryville. Elizabeth was born October 28, 1931 in New Wilmington, Pa., the daughter of the late Raymond and Jeanette McFarland. She had been a school bus driver for Liberty Schools in Liberty Twp, and attended the First Christian Assembly of Youngstown and the First Assemble of God Church in Perryville. She is survived by her son Albert (Cindy) Wilkes of Perryville, daughter Monica (Marvin) Davis of Arlington, Tx, brothers James and Phillip McFarland,of West Middlesex, Pa., William McFarland of Brookfield and Charles McFarland of Champion, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Richmond Wilkes, son Mark Wilkes and brother Curtis McFarland. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11th, 1:00PM, at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard where the family will recieve relatives and friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made to the First Christian Assembly of Liberty Twp.
