Eugene A. "Geno" Barber, 53 of Youngstown, died Tuesday October 25, 2011 at Campus Health Care after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born June 19, 1958 in Long Beach, CA, the son of the late Edwin & Lois Gibson Barber, Sr. Eugene previously worked for theTrumbull Country Club,and was an avid Oakland Raiders Fan. He is survived by a daughter Tara Allen, a sister, Tracy (Bob) Bartlett of Liberty Twp., two brothers, James M. Barber, Sr. of Youngstown, and Edwin B. (Laurie) Barber Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, one granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday Nov. 1, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Belmont Park Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Blackstone Funeral Home.
