Geoffrey B Ramsey

Geoffrey Bernard Ramsey, passed away on May 26, 2015 after a lifelong struggle with illness here on earth. He is survived by his parents, Bernard and Helen Ramsey, who lovingly cared for him his whole life. He leaves behind his only sister, Connie, and his nephew Aiden, who were also a big part of his life and loved him very much. Geoff was born April 8, 1971 in Youngstown, and lived in Liberty his whole life. He graduated from Liberty High School in 1990 and worked until his chronic illness made it too difficult. Geoff was a kind and sensitive soul. He cared deeply about people and animals. He loved the outdoors and especially nature. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid bird watcher. He liked watching sports and listening to music and talk radio. He often had trivia and jokes to share with his family and friends and a good sense of humor. He had a great memory and often reminded those around him of passed fun times they shared. In addition to his mom, dad, sister and nephew, who he adored; he leaves behind many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends that were important to him through the years. Geoff made an impact on his families life and will be missed more than he would ever think. Geoff will be welcomed into heaven by Our Heavenly Father along with his beloved dog Winger and all of the other Ramsey's and Wellington's that preceded him in death. The family would like to express there sincere appreciation for all those who provided care and support for Geoff through out the years, including doctors, nurses and other medical professionals. The family will have a gathering in memory of Geoffrey on Saturday May 30, 2015 at 2:00 PM at there home,  920 Keefer Rd. Liberty Twp,.
