Gregory A. Snyder Sr.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 14th, at 7:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home, for Gregory A.Snyder Sr., who passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018, from a long illness. Greg was born April 5, 1947 in Warren, Ohio. He was the son of William and Olive (Burrows) Snyder. He leaves behind his wife Darlene (Hosterman) Snyder, his children; Raymond (April) Snyder, Greg (Sher) Snyder Jr., Michelle (Frank) Kifer, and Mitch (Melissa) Snyder, also his special daughter, Tracy (Jim) Dennis. His nine grandchildren, Francisca, Travis, Katie, Raymond, William, Ina, Nicholas, Olivia, and Mitch. Also his sister Judy Jackson, of Arizona, and brothers, Larry Herbert, and Clayce Herbert of Columbus. Greg loved camping, fishing, and being with friends and family, especially his friend, John Lago, who he loved a lot. Greg retired from General Motors after 35 years to become a full-time grandpa. He will be loved and missed by all. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
