Helen M. Moadus, 96, of McDonald, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2018 her 96th birthday, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, in Youngstown. Helen was born November 10, 1922 in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Matthew Drovdlic (Dulovich) and Barbara Lodic. Helen was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, in McDonald. She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons; David (Robin) Moadus, of East Liverpool, Ohio and Raymond Moadus, of McDonald, her grandchildren; David Moadus and Kim Morgan, her great-grandchildren; Emily Moadus and Pam Dailey, and her great-great-granddaugher, Emma. Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Moadus, whom she married on June 21, 1948, and died June 14, 2007, her sisters; Josephine Lonardo, Catherine Dzuracky, Ann Liptak, Mary Vaca and Rose Carpenter and her brother, John Drovdlic. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 15th, 1:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 AM until the time of service. Helen will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery next to her husband. The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Helen's memory.
