Helen R. (Hauptman) Moss

Helen R. Moss, 89, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Helen was born February 23, 1929 in Merrill, Wisconsin, the daughter of Sigmund and Ida (Schewe) Hauptman. Helen was a member of the Christian Science Church in Youngstown.  She worked for Packard Electric and retired from General Motors after 28 years. Helen enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, and having lunch with the Packard ladies. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Nancy (Russell) Williams of Ravenna, Daniel Moss of Bloomfield and Gary (Dimmie) Moss of Colorado, her sister; Dorathy Fedor of Youngstown and 6 grand children, 12 great grand children as well as many nieces and nephews. She was a mother to many who lost theirs. Besides her parents Helen is preceded in death by her husband Elmer R. Moss Jr., her son Randell Moss, sister, Alvina Sawders, and brother, Walter Hauptman, As per Helens wishes there will be no services. Cremation has already taken place.
