Jacqueline (Himes) Brode, 75, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 at her residence. Jacqueline was born July 28, 1941 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, the daughter of the late Henry Edward and Gertrude Ann (Frank) Himes. Jacqueline was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, baking and gambling. She is survived by her children; Jill (Carmen) Acierno, of Lordstown and Leslie D. (Chandra) Brode Jr., of Columbiana, her grandchildren; Carmen Acierno III, Jacqueline Acierno, Devin Brode and Addison Brode. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie D. Brode, whom she married October 7, 1960 and died June 8, 2015, and her sister, Marlene DellaPenna. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, October 6th, at 4:30 PM at Church Hill United Methodist Church 189 Churchill-Hubbard Rd. Youngstown, Ohio 44505.
