Jacqueline A. Diamond, 77, of Girard, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the Hospice House. Jacqueline was born on July 2, 1938, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Fred and Thelma Finch Carlson. Jacqueline was a member of St. Rose Church and was always caring for her children and grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Janet M. Wojciuki, of Girard, her son, Dan E. Diamond, of Girard, her sister, Barbara Kearney, of Arizona, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Diamond, whom she married February 6, 1955 and died January 18, 2005, and her daughter, Deborah Diamond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 25th, 12:00 PM, at St. Rose Church in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until the time of service at the church. Jacqueline will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery next to her husband.
