Janice Jane Holmes-Cicero, 61, of Burghill, passed away on Saturday September 6, 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic. Janice was born October 29, 1952 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late John and Mary Meyrick Holmes. Janice was a co-owner and operator of the Clothing Consignment Shop in Cortland. She was a member of Tod United Methodist Church in Warren, the direct caregiver at Admired Residential, a volunteer for Over The Rainbow and also for Hillside Rehabilitation. She loved making jewelry, was an avid skier and enjoyed golfing. She was a avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. She is survived by her husband Frank P. Cicero whom she married January 21, 1993, step-daughter, Tasia (Kevin) Reddinger of Champion, sister, Jacqueline (Jerry) Carr of Kinsman and grandchild Blake. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 11, 2014 at 11:00 am at Tod Avenue United Methodist Church in Warren. Family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 5-8 pm at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. Janice will be laid to rest at Meadow Brook Cemetery.
