Joan P. Coleman

Joan P. Coleman, 83, of Girard, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Hospice House in Poland. Joan was born March 14, 1937 in Houlton, Maine, a daughter of George and Bertha (Dubay) Pelletier. She had previously worked for Packard Electric as a supervisor and retired in 1999. In her spare time Joan enjoyed golfing, playing cards and bingo, and going to the beach. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Cynthia (Jose) Maldonado, Donald (Beth) Coleman, Glen (Lisa) Coleman, Greg (Gina) Coleman, Lori (Joe) Pihl, and Lynn (Darren) Anzevino; sisters, Joyce Lovely, and Harriet Lawlor; along with 22 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Rhonda Wharmby; sisters, Theresa McCluskey and Fernaeda Rochleau; brothers, Odette Pelletier and Wayne Pelletier; and grandson, Garrett Coleman.
