John S. Schultz

John S. Schultz, 76, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Victoria House. John was born June 4, 1946 in Warrington, England, the son of Sylvester and Ivy (Collins) Schultz. John retired in 2004 after working for 27 years at Graybar Electric, in Youngstown, as a salesman, and had received the National Award for top salesman, twice. He was a member of St. Edward Church and enjoyed collecting watches.
John attended Ursuline High School, graduating in 1964. He attended YSU , and graduated with a BA degree. He was in the United States Marine Corp, in the 1970’s. John married his high school sweetheart, Eileen (DaBruzzi) on June 28, 1969. They had one son, Kevin, whom he cherished. John attended every football game and baseball game Kevin ever played. He remembered every move in every game, and every score of those games. He was so proud of his son.
Besides his loving wife, Eileen (DaBruzzi) Schultz, and son, Kevin (Amy) Schultz, of Winter Garden, Florida, he leaves to cherish his memory brothers David (Diane) Schultz, of Ormond Beach, Florida and Vincent Schultz, Florida; sister in law Judith Henry,  and two grandsons, Stone and Roman Schultz.
The family wishes to thank Victoria House for the care, love and kindness they gave John for the past 18 mos. We love you like family. And, their heartfelt gratitude to Mike and the other employees from Buckeye Hospice for their compassion and for guiding us to the end.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 28th, 11:00 AM at St. Edward Church, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
