Joseph James Kather, 20 months, of Parma, Ohio, passed away on Friday March 7, 2014 at Parma Community General Hospital. Joseph was born on June 19, 2012 in Parma. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Steven Kather and Charlene Helsel-Kather, his grandparents Thomas and Susan Helsel of Lordstown and Elaine Kather of Girard and great-grandparents James & Charlotte Kather of McDonald and Paul & Marion Manchester of Canfield. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Louis and Dorothy Baragona and Paul and Mary Louise Helsel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 11th, 2:30 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 1:30PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Joseph will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
