Joseph L. Neuder

Joseph L. Neuder, 92, of Liberty Twp., passed away Sunday January 15, 2012 at Northside Hospital  He was born May 21, 1919 in Robertsdale, Pa., a son of the late Frank and Marie Neuder.  Joe was a 1938 graduate of Liberty High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army during WW II.  He was a retired foreman from Packard Electric and was a member of Church Hill United Methodist Church.  Joe was an avid golfer and bowler.  He also enjoyed reading and spending time in his workshop.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, the former Elizabeth Homan, whom he married April 27, 1941 and died Dec. 25, 1993, his brother Jack Neuder and his sister Katherine Creed.  He is survived by his children Kathy (Ron) Robertson of Hubbard and Thomas (Linda) Neuder of Florida, three grandchildren Scott Robertson of Hubbard, Renee (Ruben) Reyes of North Carolina  and Dr. Amy Rose of New York  and one great-grandson, Cole Reyes of North Carolina.  Funeral services will be held on Friday January 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Church Hill United Methodist Church where the family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the services.  Burial will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery in Vienna.  To view this obituary and to send condolences to the Neuder family visit www.blackstonesfh.com .
