Joyce I. Fisher, 56, of Liberty Twp., passed away on Friday April 3, 2015, at Northside Medical Center, after a courageous two year battle with cancer. Joyce was born June 26, 1958, in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard "Lucky" Titler and Constance Russell Fisher. She was a 1976 graduate of Liberty High School. Joyce had worked for Oaks and Burger in Niles, Ohio and then for Petro Iron Skillet. Joyce loved her animals, needlepoint, reading, Thomas Kincaid paintings, but most of all her grandchildren were her number one joy. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie C. Fisher of Girard, her grandchildren; William and Ayleen Morar, her father; Donald Fisher, her sisters; Marjorie (Richard) Brady of Liberty Twp., Patty (Roger) Shilling of Conneaut and Amanda Fisher of Vienna, Brothers; Donald (Kim) Fisher of Girard, Phillip Fisher of Girard and Tony (Sylvia) DeVito of Austintown. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 10th, 6:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, at the church, from 5:30 PM until the time of service.The family requests any material contributions be made to any Cancer Society of the persons choice in memory of Joyce.
