Julia V Milakovich

Julia V. Milakovich, 86, of McDonald, passed away on Sunday May 11, 2014 at her residence.  Julia was born January 31, 1928 in Girard, the daughter of the late John and Minnie Ross Izzo.  Julia had worked as a librarian for Roosevelt Elementary School in McDonald.  She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.  Julia was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing and crafts.  She is survived by her son, John Milakovich, with whom she made her home, daughter Christine (Bob) Campbell, of Youngstown, sister Mary Izzo of Girard, brother Louis Izzo of Girard, grandchildren Tom McClaskey, Rac Clinton, Richard Clinton and Rachel Clinton and a great-grandson Rylynn Clinton.  She is preceded in death by her husband, John, whom she married in 1955 and died in 1989.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 14th, 1:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.  The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Julia will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
