Linda G. (Milligan) Howell

Linda G. Howell, 63, of Warren, passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge. Linda was born April 18, 1956 in Youngstown the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Valentine) Milligan. Linda enjoyed going camping, having picnics by the water and taking trips to the racino. She is survived by her sisters; Joann K. White and Donna (Larry) Woodworth, and a brother, William (Verna) Milligan. Linda is preceded in death by her daughter, Carey Howell. Per Linda's request there will be no services or calling hours. Linda will be laid to rest at Belmont Park Cemetery next to her daughter.
