Louis M Orlando

Louis M. Orlando, 78, of Liberty Twp., died Thursday March 29, 2012 at the Hospice House. He was born December 22, 1933 in Youngstown, Ohio the son of the late adopted parents Louis & Jeanine Orlando. He was a Army Veteran in the Korean War. Louis retired after 42 years from General Motors. He graduated from East High School. He was a avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He is survived by his children, Darrell (Karen) Orlando of Girard, Melissa Orlando of Girard, step-children, Kevin Hubler and Lynden Hubler of Howland, sisters, Polly Severino of Boardman, and Ann Boechacher of Youngstown, sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Kay Thompson whom he married April 3, 1966 and passed away December 17, 2009, mother, Hazel Livermore, step-children, Timothy Hubler, Cheryl Hubler and Lucy Madaline, sister, Mary Pavlacic, and brothers, John & Tony Orlando. Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 1, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. Family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 4-6PM at the funeral home.
