Margaret "Margie" Kay Komlanc

Margaret "Margie" Kay Komlanc, 78, of McDonald, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at her home, with her family by her side. Margie was born December 6, 1940, in Glasgow, Scotland, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (McMillan) Leighton. Margie devoted her life to being a loving wife and mother to her family. She was a member of the SNPJ Lodge #673 and enjoyed working on crafts, sewing, and going to casino's with her husband. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, John "Duke" Komlanc, her daughter, Tammy Vukovich, of McDonald, her son, Joseph (Kelli) Komlanc, of Niles, and her grandchildren; Sydney and Michael Vukovich and Joseph and Leighton Komlanc. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Norman Leighton. Private services where held at Blackstone Funeral Home on Friday. Margie was laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
