Milosava Nenadovic

Milosava "Millie" Nenadovic, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024, at Akron City Hospital.

She was born on July 20, 1933, in Serbia, the daughter of Nikola and Natalija Jesevic, and made her way to America on December 29, 1959. Millie became a proud United States citizen in 1970, a milestone that reflected her dedication and determination to build a new life for herself and her family.

Millie dedicated her professional life to the automotive industry, proudly working at General Motors. Her career not only provided for her family but also exemplified her strong work ethic and resilience. She retired January 1, 1990 after almost 12 years. 

A devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by her daughter, Sanda (Giovanni) Giardini, of Chagrin Falls; sons, Marko (Jennifer Fedor) Nenadovic, of Silver Lake, Ohio and Nicky (Michelle) Nenadovic, of Arizona; and her cherished grandchildren, Voya, Luka, Vladimir, Joshua, Justin, Anna, Maria (Logan), David, Julia, and Sofia, and her great grand children Mila and Teodora. She is also remembered fondly by her sister, Dragoslava, Milanka, and Slobodanka, who held a special place in her heart. Millie's legacy will live on through her family, who will carry forward the values she instilled in them.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Miodrag "Mike" Nenadovic , whom she married September 13, 1959 and died March 18, 2005.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, both to be held at Blackstone Funeral Home, located at 672 Churchill Rd, Girard, OH 44420. Millie will be laid to rest next to her husband at Belmont Park Cemetery.
