Nancy L (Smith) Long

Nancy L. Long, 73, of Vienna, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, January 29, 2016. Nancy was born July 13, 1942 in Cortland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Arthur and Gertrude Rosenberger Smith. Nancy had worked at Kaufmann's Distribution Center for a few years, but more most of her life she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed going to the casino, golfing, camping and playing bingo. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, William P. Long, whom she married Dec. 10, 1999, her children; William (Cindy) Mann of Vienna, Ronald (Michelle) Mann of Weathersfield and Helena (Mike) Sell of Girard; her sisters, Sally Long of Champion, Peggy Kuriatnyk of Warren, Christine Carlson of Niles and Linda Miranda of Phoenix, Arizona; brothers, Thomas Smith of Vienna and Joe Haggerty of Phoenix, Arizona, and thirteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 1st, 6:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
