Paul Moening, 72, of Girard, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at his residence. Paul was born January 21, 1944, the son of Ralph and Margarette E. (Boals) Moening. He worked over 30 years in construction and owned and operated Moening Co. Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Robinson) Moening, who he married December 22, 1993; his children, Bridget Perry, of California, Edward Perry, of Girard, Jennifer Perry, of Girard, and Valerie (Jeff) Bona, of California; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Paul is preceded in death by sister Claire. A private seaside service will be held at a later date. Visit
