Peter C. Sicilian, 81, of Hubbard, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Peter was born February 28, 1935 in Mercer, Pennsylvania, the son of Carmen and Felicia (Ratkowski) Sicilian. Peter was a 1965 graduate of Youngstown State University, receiving his BA in Science and Business Administration. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Peter worked as a zone manager for General Motors for 35 years, retiring in 1998. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with his family. He is survived by his brother, Nicholas A. (Diane) Sicilian of Canfield, sister, Patricia (Don) Roman of Austintown, nephews and nieces; Steve (Lisa) Sicilian, Mike (Gia) Sicilian, Nicholas (Ana) Siciliano, Kent Siciliano, Eddie Slyvester, Keli Sicilian, Nicole (Jeff) Churilla, eleven great-nephews and nieces. David Castle of Michigan, whom raised like a son. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Carmen Sicilian and Richard Siciliano and a nephews Dean Siciliano. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 12th, 6:30 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 until the time of service.
