Phillip W. Keagy, 30, of Howland, passed away on January 26, 2012. Phillip was born March 3, 1981 in Warren, Ohio the son of Richard and Judy Spicer Keagy. He was presently employed at Delphi in Warren for the past four years as a machine operator. Phillip graduated from Howland High School in 2001, attended Youngstown State University and was a graduate of ITT Technical School. He loved shooting pool, golfing, fishing and hunting. Besides his parents, whom he lived with, he is survived by his sisters Chrisie (Kevin) Deemer of Howland and Jill (Michael) Alvetro of Howland, a brother Rich (Christie) Keagy of Charlotte, NC, his fiancee Andrea Dobran and nieces and nephews Ethan and Abby Deemer, Nicholas and Ava Alvetro, Julia, Madison and Eden Keagy. Phillip was anticipating the soon to be arrival of his son Dominic Phillip with Andrea. Funeral services will be held on Monday January 30th, 1:00 PM at the Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland-Wilson Rd. in Howland, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Monday. Interment will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
