Rosemary Piganelli Utley, 64, of Girard, passed away Wednesday October 19, 2016, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Rosemary was born September 24, 1952 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Frank J. and Mary Josephine Comichisto Piganelli Sr. Rosemary is survived by her husband, Wesley M. Utley, whom she married July 30, 1999, her step children, Laura Reilly, Dina Wallace, Raychal Berget and Colt Utley, her brother, Frank J. (Sheila) Piganelli Jr., of North Fort Myers, Florida, ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
