Ruth Corsale

Ruth L. Corsale, 96, of Girard, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, surrounded by her three loving daughters. Ruth was born September 25, 1922, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Herman and Emma Zander. Ruth had worked for the Ravenna Arsenal during WWII as one of the "Rosie the Riveters". Ruth was a devoted wife and mother to her family. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Girard. Besides her family being the most important part of her life, she fondly remembered vacationing with her brother Bud, and sister-in-law Louise, in Myrtle Beach. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters; JoAnn Wolfe, of Girard, Cathy Hawn (Lee Weimer), of Girard, and Debra (Jim) Rousher, of Canfield, her grandchildren; Robert Hawk, Sherri ( Jerry) Wise, Joseph (Amy) Rousher, Nick (Katrina) Rousher, Jimmy (Fiancee Marissa Pence) Rousher, and great-grandchildren; Haley Wise, Cole Pryjma, A.J. Wise, Brooke Hawk, Faith Hawk, Sawyer Rousher and Finn Rousher, and great-great-grandchildren; Brooklyn Wise and  Kensley Wise. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Corsale, who died in 2000, Sisters; Erma Schuster, Helen Schuster and Mildred Frederick, and her brothers;  Charles, Harry and Herman Zander.
