William Tanner, 82 of Austintown, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Bill was born November 10, 1934 in Lawton, Oklahoma, the son of Willie and Emma Nunley Tanner. Bill had worked as a welder- diesel mechanic for Heckett Engineering, Dowell Schlumberger and retired from Dearing Compressor. He was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Austintown. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 61 years, Isabelle (Leone) Tanner, whom he married February 12, 1955, his children; Heidi Tanner of Austintown, Lee Ann (Kevin) Brenzovich of Austintown, W. Eric (Jeanine) Tanner of Canfield and David Tanner of Austintown, his grandchildren; Aimee (Jason) Crum of Austintown, Shelby Brenzovich of Austintown, Lauren (Matthew) Edmunds of Canfield, Garrett (Fiancee Sarah) Tanner of Canfield, Brooke (Nathan) Perry of Austintown, Abigail Tanner of Austintown and Isaac Tanner of Kinsman. Besides his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his infant daughter Isabelle, sisters; Mary Ann Tanner and Betty Jones and brothers; Donald and Paul Tanner. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 18th, 5:00 PM at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 440 N. Four Mile Run Rd. in Austintown, where the family will receive relatives and friends at the Kingdom Hall from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
